Panama Savage Estates Parabolic Gesha:

Tasting Notes:
Dark cherry, Plum, Yuzu, Panela

For years, the name Jamison Savage has held significant prominence in the realm of competitions. Numerous champions have relied on his coffees during barista and brewing competitions. When it came time for Morgan Eckroth to select a competition coffee for the 2023 National season, we sought out to partner with Jamison. With the utilization of his Gesha, Morgan achieved an impressive second place finish in the United States Barista Competition.

Colombia Cafe Granja Sidra

Tasting Notes:
Strawberry Candy, Cherry Hibiscus Tea, Red Apple, Baking Spice

The Sidra variety has surged in popularity, winning numerous national and world events in the past five years. This Sidra from Cafe Granja exhibits distinct malic acidity, spicy notes, and layered fruitiness. Anaerobically fermented in two stages, which enhances its breakdown by yeast and bacteria before drying. The resulting cup is heavily fruited yet balanced, making it an easy choice for barista competitions. Dakota Graff placed fourth in the United States Barista Competition using this coffee.
